DR. SERGIO VAÑÓ
Dr. Sergio Vañó Galván is a dermatologist, trichologist and hair surgeon, director of the Trichology Unit of the Ramón y Cajal University Hospital and of the Trichology and Hair Transplant Unit of the prestigious Clínica Grupo Pedro Jaén, in Madrid. He is a Doctor of Medicine and Associate Professor of Dermatology at the University of Alcalá. He is the clinical research coordinator of the Dermatology Service of the Ramón y Cajal University Hospital and leads an active research group in the study of different forms of alopecia (see #TricoHRC). He coordinator of the Spanish Trichology Group. Member of the Board of the European Hair Research Society. Director of the International Master’s Degree in Trichology and Hair Transplantation.
He is an expert in TRICHOLOGY (diagnosis and treatment of alopecia) and HAIR TRANSPLANT (micrograft technique FUSS and FUE). He is the creator of several medical applications and an expert in new technologies, E-health and teledermatology. President of the Association of Researchers in E-Salud.
